The hotel was relaxing, nevertheless I stayed for 1 night only. The location of the property was suburban, really close to the Hoilday express, approximately 6 miles from the casino district of Shreveport, and the local attractions and culture of Louisiana. The rooms were tastefully decorated and well-kept and with updated decor. The staff was really helpful in all services.

It boasts peaceful location near the onsite restaurant. There's cool Fairfield Market & Cafe not very far from the hotel, make desserts etc.

The hotel was spotless. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was in a comfortable and beautiful location near Shreveport for a wedding and stores, including grocery and pharmacy, as well as restaurants. Portico Shopping Center was only 1 mile away.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Garden in Shreveport for a weekend getaway. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the ladies working at the front desk. They went out of their way to assist me with directions and recommendations. The location of the hotel was perfect, giving me easy access to everything I needed. The clean sheets and comfortable room made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, after a few room changes, the desk clerk upgraded me to a private members floor and even treated me to a complimentary breakfast the next morning.

Constant groan from refrigerator above. Toilet flushed every 15 minutes Carpet needs replacing (Frayed in many places) Hotel staff going up and down the hallway were load and we could hear every work even at 2 in the am. Lousy and expensive breakfast which should be free for guests

There was a market and a pharmacy around the property. In general, the service was excellent. They offered a shuttle to the casinos.

They offered great services like dry cleaning and porter service which made my stay comfortable. My room had all the necessary amenities including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the television which had an am/fm alarm clock. The lobby and dining restaurant were well carpeted and had a relaxing atmosphere.
